Office of Open Practice was engaged to build an all-inclusive, fixed-price renovation platform democratizing design by streamlining material procurement and eliminating hidden labor costs. Using proprietary 3D scanning technology, custom-built architectural asset libraries and material coding systems, Office of Open Practice achieved the project goal of consistently delivering innovative, high quality renovations at cost and on time. Over 100 kit-of-parts based renovations were completed using the platform over a 2-year span.
